How does the monthly payment work?

The weight loss program membership is a monthly automatic charge to your card. This membership provides selective services at a discounted rate and allows the client to order weight loss medications by the vial.

The monthly membership must remain active for the treatments for the medication vial ordered. For example, if the member ordered a vial that will last them 3 months, the membership is required to stay active for those 3 months.

There are additional discounts if paid in full at sign-up

membership and medication prices are subject to change. Vital Science staff will notify the member prior to price changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Members may cancel their membership (after their minimum vial duration commitment is met). Members are required to provide a notice of cancellation at least 21 days in advance so the next charge can be canceled prior to the automatic payment. Cancellation requests should be emailed to ShannonNP@VitalScienceMed.com

How do I get started?

The initial appointment involves a telehealth assessment. Prior to this, you will need to fill out some medical intake forms, which will help provide information about your current situation and past weight loss journey. You will also need to have lab work completed. This can be ordered by VitalScience, or you can have your labs completed by your primary care provider. These labs include: CBC, CMP, TSH, Lipid Panel, and HbA1c. This can be done before your telehealth appointment to expedite your weight loss prescription or can be ordered/discussed during your appointment. During this initial appointment, you will receive education on how to best navigate your diet and exercise while on this treatment and have an opportunity to ask questions
